研究目的：

测量治疗6周、12周末各研究对象的骨代谢标志物指标、骨密度、炎性指标、肠道菌群、肠道菌群代谢物（短链脂肪酸、乳酸含量），分别于治疗初进行对比，评估是否有明显差异，并计算各项指标的差值；然后2组间比较各对应指标差值，评估益生乳酸菌对骨质疏松症的治疗有无统计学及临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The bone metabolism markers, bone density, inflammatory indexes, intestinal flora and metabolites (short-chain fatty acids and lactic acid content) of each study object were measured at the end of 6 and 12 weeks of treatment, respectively, compared at the beginning of treatment, evaluated whether there was significant difference, and calculated the difference of each index. Then, the differences between the two groups were compared to evaluate whether probiotics had statistical and clinical significance in the treatment of osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集骨质疏松症患者，对所有行益生乳酸菌治疗初和治疗后的观察患者测骨代谢标志物（碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRAP）、核因子kB受体活化因子配体（RANKL）、钙、磷、骨钙素、维生素D、I型胶原氨基端前肽（PICP）、B-胶原降解产物（B-CTX）、甲状旁腺素）、CRP、降钙素原、血沉、白介素-6及骨密度并进行分析，评估是否有明显差异，并计算各项指标的差值；然后2组间比较各对应指标差值，评估益生乳酸菌对骨质疏松症的治疗有无统计学及临床意义。 分别留取骨质疏松患者益生乳酸菌治疗初和治疗后新鲜粪便，放置于无菌 EP 管中，-80℃保存，检测各骨质疏松患者益生菌治疗初和治疗后粪便中肠道菌群、肠道菌群代谢物（短链脂肪酸、乳酸含量）含量并进行分析，评估是否有明显差异，并计算各项指标的差值；然后2组间比较各对应指标差值，评估益生乳酸菌对骨质疏松症的治疗有无统计学及临床意义。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Collection of osteoporosis patients, for all the rows of live lactic acid bacteria at the beginning of treatment and after treatment to observe the bone metabolic markers in patients with test (alkaline phosphatase (ALP), serum tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP), the nuclear factor kB receptor activation factor ligand (RANKL), calcium, phosphorus, osteocalcin, vitamin D, amino terminal propeptide of type I collagen (PICP) and B - collagen degradation products (B - CTX), parathyroid hormone), CRP, calcitonin, blood sedimentation, interleukin - 6 and bone mineral density and carries on the analysis, to assess whether there is obvious difference, and calculate the difference of each index; Then, the differences between the two groups were compared to evaluate whether probiotics had statistical and clinical significance in the treatment of osteoporosis. Respectively to return live lactic acid bacteria at the beginning of treatment and after treatment in patients with osteoporosis fresh dejection, placed in a sterile EP tube, - 80 ℃, preservation, testing the osteoporosis probiotics early treatment and after treatment in patients with intestinal flora, intestinal flora in excrement and urine metabolites (content of short chain fatty acid, lactic acid) content and analysis, to assess whether there is obvious difference, and calculate the difference of each index; Then, the differences between the two groups were compared to evaluate whether probiotics had statistical and clinical significance in the treatment of osteoporosis. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性骨质疏松症（合并内分泌代谢疾病、 结缔组织疾病、多种慢性肾脏疾病导致肾性骨营养不良、胃肠疾病和营养性疾病、血液系统疾病、神经肌肉系统疾病、长期制动或太空旅行、器官移植术后、药物及毒物的骨质疏松患者；）
2.消化道溃疡活动期者；
3.消化道恶性肿瘤病患者；
4.既往有乳糖不耐受、肠易激惹综合征、炎性肠病、习惯性腹泻等肠道疾病者；
5.感染性疾病需要使用抗生素治疗者；
6.有乳酸菌及其制品过敏史或高敏体质者；
7.其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary osteoporosis (with endocrine metabolic disorders, connective tissue disease, a variety of chronic kidney disease causes renal osteodystrophy, gastrointestinal disease and nutritional diseases, blood system diseases, diseases of the neuromuscular system, brake for a long time or space travel, organ transplantation, drugs and poisons;) in patients with osteoporosis;
2. Active stage of peptic ulcer;
3. Patients with malignant gastrointestinal neoplastic disease;
4. Previous cases of lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, habitual diarrhea and other intestinal diseases;
5. Patients with infectious diseases need to be treated with antibiotics;
6. Have a history of allergy to lactobacillus and its products or a hypersensitive constitution;
7. Other researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in this study.
