研究目的：

通过收集行非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）根治术时采用“沿迷走神经、膈神经清扫肺门纵隔淋巴结”的患者的临床资料，评估该淋巴结清扫方式的术式安全性、淋巴结清扫彻底性及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Collecting the clinical data of patients who underwent radical resection with the new strategy for systematic lymph node dissection along the vagus nerve and phrenic nerve chain of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) to evaluate surgical safety, the degree of lymph node dissection and clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在本研究之前的五年内患有除 NSCLC 以外的其它癌症；
2.已知的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染；
3.混有小细胞肺癌成份的患者；
4.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
5.既往有明确的神经或精神障碍史，包括癫痫或痴呆；
6.术前接受新辅助放化疗；
7.其他研究者认为不适合入组的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have cancer other than NSCLC within five years prior to the study;
2. Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection;
3. With small cell lung cancer components;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Have a clear history of neurological or mental disorders, including epilepsy or dementia;
6. neoadjuvant chemoradiation before surgery;
7. Other situations investigators believe that it is not suitable for enrollment.
