研究目的：

构建肋缘下前路腰方肌阻滞的超声图像数据集，并基于深度学习架构，开发并验证一个能够自动、精准识别与分割肋缘下前路腰方肌阻滞关键解剖标志的AI模型，以期为未来开发实时临床辅助系统、降低操作门槛、提升阻滞安全性与有效性奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an ultrasound image dataset for subcostal anterior quadratus lumborum block, and to develop and validate an AI model based on deep learning architecture capable of automatically and accurately identifying and segmenting key anatomical landmarks for this block, aiming to establish a foundation for future real-time clinical assistance systems, reduce the technical threshold, and enhance the safety and efficacy of the block.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.检查区域皮肤破损或感染者; 2.检查区域有既往手术史者; 3.无法摆放所需超声扫查体位; 4.对研究中使用的超声耦合剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with skin damage or infection in the area to be examined; 2. Individuals with a history of surgery in the area to be examined; 3. Individuals unable to assume the required position for ultrasound scanning; 4. Individuals allergic to the ultrasound coupling agent used in the study.
