研究目的：

构建基于健康行为过程取向理论的舞动疗法干预方案，并验证其对养老机构老年人运动功能、下肢功能、握力、运动自我效能及社会隔离的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a dance movement therapy intervention program based on the Health Action Process Approach theory and evaluate its intervention effects on motor function, lower limb function, grip strength, exercise self-efficacy, and social isolation among older adults in nursing homes.

1.严重精神疾病；2.疾病急性发作期或终末期；3.严重心脑血管、代谢性或肾脏疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe mental illness; 2.Acute or terminal stage of disease; 3.Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, metabolic, or renal diseases.

本研究干预总周期为12周，分为三个阶段： （1）无意向阶段（第1周）：通过PPT讲解、短视频分享、团体活动等形式，向老人讲解久坐危害及舞动疗法益处，鼓励自我表达，邀请锻炼效果良好的老人现身说法，协助设定个人运动目标。 （2）意向阶段（第2-8周）：每周2次，每次60分钟团体舞动。每节课包括：肢体预热（模拟日常生活动作）、动作激发与舞动交流（跟随音乐进行系列动作练习，可使用纱巾、弹力带等道具）、舞动结束与交流（拉伸放松及感受分享）。配备护理员辅助，允许使用辅助工具，发放运动卡片激励参与。 （3）维持阶段（第9-12周）：保持相同干预频率，逐步减少研究者直接指导，由养老院社工组织活动，研究者远程随访。

The total intervention period of this study was 12 weeks, divided into three phases: (1) Pre-intentional stage (Week 1): Through PPT presentations, short video sharing, group activities, etc., explain the harms of prolonged sitting and the benefits of dance movement therapy to the elderly, encourage self-expression, invite elderly individuals with good exercise outcomes to share their experiences, and assist in setting personal exercise goals. (2) Intentional stage (Weeks 2-8): Group dance sessions twice a week, 60 minutes each. Each session includes: physical warm-up (simulating daily living activities), movement initiation and dance communication (performing a series of exercises following music, using props such as scarves and elastic bands), and cool-down and communication (stretching, relaxation, and sharing feelings). Nursing assistants are available to provide support, assistive devices are allowed, and exercise cards are distributed to encourage participation. (3) Maintenance stage (Weeks 9-12): Maintain the same intervention frequency, gradually reduce direct guidance from the researcher, with activities organized by the nursing home social worker and remote follow-up by the researcher.

本研究采用整群随机对照设计。以养老机构为随机化单位，选取某市两所符合研究条件的3级养老机构，采用抛硬币法将两所机构随机分配为干预组和对照组。随机分组完成后，其中一所养老机构被分配为干预组，另一所被分配为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopted a cluster randomized controlled trial design. Using nursing homes as the randomization unit, two Level 3 nursing homes in a city that met the study criteria were selected and randomly assigned to either the intervention group or the control group using the coin toss method. After randomization, one nursing home was assigned to the intervention group and the other to the control group.

Blinding：

(1) Allocation concealment: Randomization was performed by an independent researcher not involved in the study implementation or outcome assessment, ensuring that group assignments were concealed from the personnel responsible for participant recruitment and baseline assessment, thereby reducing selection bias. (2) Assessor blinding: Outcome indicators were collected and evaluated by trained graduate students who were not informed of the participants' group assignments during the assessment process, thereby reducing measurement bias. (3) Blinding not feasible: Due to the nature of the dance movement therapy intervention, blinding of the intervention implementer (the researcher) and the participants (older adults) was not feasible.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集是由经过培训的研究生负责，使用纸质问卷进行数据采集，双人负责将纸质版数据录入excel中（单人录入，另一个人核对）。纸质版数据存放在带锁的文件柜，电子版数据进行密码保护。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was carried out by trained graduate students using paper-based questionnaires. Two individuals were responsible for entering the paper-based data into Excel (one person entered the data, and the other verified it). The paper-based data were stored in locked filing cabinets, and the electronic data were password-protected.
