本研究旨在开发并验证一种可靠有效的工具，用于测量中国痴呆症患者非正式照护者的生活质量，并评估其心理测量学特性，最终目标是为中国人群提供一个经过验证的生活质量评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the current research is to develop and validate a reliable and valid tool to measure the quality of life of informal caregivers providing care to people with dementia in China, and to evaluate its psychometric properties, with the goal of offering a validated QoL instrument for the Chinese population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.专业护理人员或付费护理人员； 2.提供短期或临时护理的人员； 3.认知或精神健康严重受损，影响其完成调查问卷能力的护理人员； 4.无法理解或完成中文书面材料的人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Professional caregivers or paid caregivers; 2. People who provide short-term or temporary care; 3. Caregivers with severe cognitive or mental health impairments affecting their ability to complete surveys; 4. People who are unable to understand or complete written Chinese.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

定量数据阶段： 采集：采用电子版/纸质版问卷进行数据收集。 核查与管理：所有电子数据均经过预设的逻辑核查与范围核查。纸质数据通过双录入比对确保准确性。最终数据集进行匿名化处理。收集的数据将被锁定在安全的地方，只研究人员才能访问他们。所有资料将保存5年。上述储存期过后，资料将根据大学处理机密资料的指南予以销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Quantitative Data Phase: Data Collection: Data will be collected using both electronic and paper questionnaires. Verification and Management: All electronic data will undergo pre-defined logical and scope checks. Paper data will be double-entered and compared to ensure accuracy. The final dataset will be anonymized. Collected data will be locked in a secure location, accessible only to researchers. All materials will be retained for 5 years. After this retention period, the materials will be destroyed according to the university's guidelines for handling confidential information.
