研究目的：

本研究旨在评估星状神经节阻滞对体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术患者肺保护作用，并基于转录组学分析探索星状神经节阻滞介导肺保护作用的内在分子生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the lung protective effect of stellate ganglion block on patients undergoing heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass, and to explore the intrinsic molecular biological mechanism of stellate ganglion block-mediated lung protection based on transcriptomic analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前合并严重肝、肾、脑、肺等疾病患者； 2、合并有免疫性疾病或者免疫抑制状态者； 3、星状神经节阻滞禁忌患者； 4、二次及多次心脏手术患者； 5、同期参加其它临床研究的患者； 6、妊娠、哺乳、不愿在研究期间避孕的育龄妇女； 7、受试者不合作、不能随访，或研究者判断其可能难以完成研究者； 8、研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver, kidney, brain, or lung diseases before surgery; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive conditions; 3. Patients who are contraindicated for stellate ganglion block; 4. Patients undergoing secondary or multiple cardiac surgeries; 5. Patients participating in other clinical studies at the same time; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women of childbearing age who are unwilling to use contraception during the study; 7. Subjects who are uncooperative, unable to follow up, or considered by the researcher as likely unable to complete the study; 8. Other situations in which the researcher judges the subject is not suitable for inclusion.
