Evaluating the Value of the ROX Index in Assessing the Efficacy of Non-Invasive Ventilation/High-Flow Nasal Cannula Therapy for Infants and Young Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重先天性心脏病、神经肌肉疾病、严重代谢性酸中毒、严重免疫缺陷或明显胸廓畸形； 2.慢性呼吸衰竭需要长期家庭氧疗者； 3.新生儿； 4.入院前已接受有创通气或入院后需要立即气管插管者； 5.48小时后升级呼吸支持措施的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe congenital heart disease, neuromuscular disorders, severe metabolic acidosis, severe immunodeficiency, or significant chest wall deformities; 2. Patients with chronic respiratory failure requiring long-term home oxygen therapy; 3. Neonates; 4. Patients who received invasive ventilation prior to admission or require immediate tracheal intubation upon admission; 5. Pediatric patients requiring escalation of respiratory support measures within 48 hours.
