研究目的：

本研究旨在评估在常规心血管临床教学基础上增加三维超声心动图模拟教学模块，是否能够提高医学生的心血管知识整合能力及轮转结束时的知识测试成绩。研究对象包括五年级见习生和六年级实习生，并在不同培养阶段内进行分组比较，以分析该教学干预在不同学习阶段的教育效果差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate whether adding a 3D echocardiography simulation module to routine cardiovascular clinical teaching improves medical students’ cardiovascular knowledge integration and end-of-rotation test performance. The study includes fifth-year clerkship students and sixth-year internship students, with group comparisons conducted within each training stage to assess stage-specific educational effects.

1. Students who did not sign the informed consent form; 2. Students who did not complete the collection of the primary study data, such as those who did not complete the end-of-rotation knowledge test.

本研究采用预先设定的准随机分配方法，而非严格随机数字序列分配。研究团队在研究开始前根据学生学号预先制定分组规则，并在各培养阶段（五年级见习生、六年级实习生）内按该规则将学生分配至教学组或对照组。分组过程由研究团队执行，分组规则在研究实施前确定且在实施过程中保持一致。

This study used a pre-specified quasi-random allocation procedure rather than a strict random-number sequence. Before study implementation, the research team defined an allocation rule based on student ID numbers, and students were assigned to the teaching or control group within each training stage (fifth-year clerkship and sixth-year internship) according to this pre-specified rule. The allocation rule was determined before the study started and was applied consistently throughout the study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Study data will be collected using a standardized data collection form, including participant basic information, training stage, group assignment, and end-of-rotation cardiovascular knowledge test scores. Data will be entered and cross-checked by members of the research team and stored in a de-identified format. All study data will be used only for the purposes of this study and stored on password-protected computers or secure institutional servers with restricted access. Data quality checks will be performed during the study to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
