通过设计单中心、随机、交叉试验，探讨比较线阵超声内镜和小探头超声内镜对直肠LST浸润深度的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the diagnostic efficacy of linear-array endoscopic ultrasound and mini probe endoscopic ultrasound in evaluating the invasion depth of rectal laterally spreading tumors (LST) through a single-center, randomized, crossover trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

炎症性肠病；进展期直肠癌；家族性腺瘤性息肉病；直肠部位内镜下治疗后复发或残留病变。心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭；凝血功能障碍等不能耐受内镜或手术者；拒绝接受内镜或手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Inflammatory bowel disease; Advanced rectal cancer; Familial adenomatous polyposis; Recurrent or residual lesions after endoscopic treatment in the rectum; Severe dysfunction of vital organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) or coagulation disorders making patient intolerant to endoscopy/surgery; Refusal to undergo endoscopic or surgical treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用简单随机化方法，由张晖青使用SPSS软件设置随机种子后生成1:1比例的随机数字，根据秩次将前52例分配至A组（先MPS后L-EUS），后51例分配至B组（先L-EUS后MPS）。（或反之，根据随机生成确定）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple randomization will be used. Zhang Huiqing will generate a 1:1 random allocation sequence using SPSS software with a fixed random seed. Based on the rank order of random numbers, the first 52 patients will be assigned to Group A (MPS first, then L-EUS), and the remaining 51 patients to Group B (L-EUS first, then MPS).(or vice versa, depending on the actual randomization outcome).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例记录表（CRF）结合电子数据采集系统（EDC）进行数据采集和管理：设计标准化病例记录表（CRF），包含患者基本信息、病变特征、检查结果、治疗信息、病理结果等模块。所有CRF由研究者填写，双人核对，确保数据准确完整。使用ResMan临床试验公共管理平台（www.medresman.org）进行在线数据录入和管理。平台具有数据核查、权限管理、数据导出等功能，确保数据质量和安全。数据管理制度：患者入组后，研究者将CRF信息录入ResMan系统，系统自动进行逻辑核查和缺失值检查， 由指定人员定期核对数据录入质量，研究结束后，从系统导出数据进行统计分析，所有纸质CRF按编号归档保存，备查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study uses paper Case Record Forms (CRF) combined with an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for data collection and management: standardized CRFs are designed to collect patient demographics, lesion characteristics, examination results, treatment information, and pathological findings, with all CRFs completed by researchers and verified by a second person to ensure data accuracy and completeness; the ResMan Clinical Trial Management Platform (www.medresman.org) is used for online data entry and management, providing data validation, access control, and data export functions to ensure data quality and security. Regarding the data management process, after patient enrollment, researchers enter CRF data into the ResMan system, which automatically performs logical checks and missing value verification, with designated personnel regularly reviewing data entry quality; upon study completion, data are exported for statistical analysis, and all paper CRFs are archived by number for future reference.
