研究目的：

1.将信息-动机-行为技巧模型与社会生态学模型相整合，构建一个适用于中青年急性心肌梗死患者戒烟的综合干预理论框架。 2.深入探讨影响该群体戒烟的多层次因素，并据此开发一套兼具个体行为赋能与多层次环境支持的戒烟干预方案，最终为提升该高危人群的戒烟成功率提供理论依据与实践路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Integrate the information motivation behavior skills model with the social ecology model to construct a comprehensive intervention theoretical framework for smoking cessation in young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction. 2. Deeply explore the multi-level factors that affect the smoking cessation of this group, and based on this, develop a smoking cessation intervention plan that combines individual behavioral empowerment and multi-level environmental support, ultimately providing theoretical basis and practical path for improving the smoking cessation success rate of this high-risk population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有其他系统严重合并症或并发症者，例如脑卒中严重后遗症、严重肝肾疾病； 2.存在精神疾病或认知功能障碍者； 3.无法使用智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe complications or comorbidities of other systems, such as severe sequelae of stroke or severe liver and kidney diseases; 2.Individuals with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3.Those who are unable to use electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets.
