本研究的目的是为了评价全膝关节置换术术后肢体屈曲时间对失血量和功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of postoperative limb flexion time on blood loss and function in total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄小于18岁且大于85岁的患者，有血栓性疾病史的患者，感染患者，抗凝治疗患者，以及术前贫血和对氨甲环酸过敏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with an age less than 18 and greater than 85, patients with a history of thrombotic disease, patients with infection, patients on anticoagulant therapy, and patients with preoperative anaemia and an allergy to tranexamic acid.
