研究目的：

本研究旨在比较脉搏波法肺血流灌注EIT成像与盐水造影肺血流灌注EIT成像法检测肺血流灌注的异同点与不同PEEP下患者监测指标的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare pulse wave EIT and saline bolus EIT for pulmonary perfusion assessment, evaluating their agreement and discrepancies, as well as investigating changes in patient monitoring parameters across different PEEP levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁或大于70岁； 2.过度肥胖患者BMI>=30kg/m^2； 3.妊娠和哺乳期妇女； 4.肺部疾病：支气管哮喘，慢性阻塞性肺疾病，肺纤维化，胸水，气胸，肺栓塞，肺水肿，肺不张，急性呼吸窘迫综合征； 5.心脏疾病：心律失常，瓣膜反流，心功能不全； 6.休克：乳酸＞1.8mmol/L，血压＜90/60mmHg，或需大剂量血管活性药物（＞0.05μg/kg/min）维持血压； 7.高钠血症； 8.行ECMO治疗； 9.未签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age: <18 or >70 years; 2.Obesity (BMI >=30 kg/m²); 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Pulmonary Diseases: Bronchial Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Pulmonary Fibrosis, Pleural Effusion, Pneumothorax, Pulmonary Embolism, Pulmonary Edema, Atelectasis, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS); 5.Cardiac Diseases: arrhythmias, valvular regurgitation, cardiac dysfunction; 6.Shock: Lactate >1.8 mmol/L, blood pressure <90/60 mmHg, or requiring high-dose vasoactive agents (>0.05 μg/kg/min) for blood pressure maintenance; 7.Hypernatremia; 8.ECMO treatment; 9.Failure to provide informed consent;
