研究目的：

1.比较电刺激联合腹式呼吸与单一腹式呼吸对产后腹直肌分离的干预效果，明确联合疗法的优势。 2.分析联合干预对腹直肌间距、腹肌肌力及腰背疼痛的改善作用，探讨其临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the therapeutic effects of electrical stimulation combined with abdominal breathing exercises versus abdominal breathing exercises alone on postpartum rectus diastasis, and to evaluate the advantages of the combined intervention. 2. To analyze the improvements in inter-recti distance, abdominal muscle strength, and low back pain following the combined intervention, and to assess its clinical significance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.先天性腹壁发育不良或腹壁皮肤有皮肤疾病；
2.刺激禁忌症或伴有呼吸系统疾病；
3.合并产后出血、产后切口感染等严重并发症；
4.伴有肛门痉挛、直肠脱垂等盆底综合类疾病；
5.既往有盆腔、腹腔、胸腔外伤及手术史（剖宫产除外）；
6.合并恶性肿瘤或严重骨质疏松症等疾病者；
7.入组前6个月内服用对肌肉有影响的药物；
8.长期便秘或严重咳嗽等高腹压患者；
9.近期参加电刺激项目组患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital dysplasia of the abdominal wall or dermatological conditions affecting the abdominal wall skin;
2.Contraindications to stimulation include or are associated with respiratory system diseases;
3.The co-occurrence of severe complications, including postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum surgical site infection, presents significant clinical challenges;
4.Associated with pelvic floor disorders, including anorectal conditions such as anal spasm and rectal prolapse;
5.A history of trauma or surgical intervention in the pelvic, abdominal, or thoracic cavities (excluding cesarean section) is present.
6.Individuals with concurrent malignant tumors or severe osteoporosis, as well as other serious comorbid conditions;
7.Use of medications affecting muscular function within six months prior to enrollment;
8.Patients with chronic constipation, persistent coughing, or other conditions leading to elevated intra-abdominal pressure;
9.Recent patients enrolled in the electrical stimulation research project group;

由项目负责人郑璐，采用 1:1 完全随机原则，分为 2 组（编号从 1 到 98，SPSS 软件生成随机 数字，设置随机种子 20251116，产生随机数，对应随机数字 1-49 进入 A 组对照组，50-98 进入 B 组试验组），按就诊先后顺序获得分组信息。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The project leader, Zheng Lu, allocated the participants into two groups based on a 1:1 complete randomization protocol. The subjects were sequentially numbered from 1 to 98, and random numbers were generated using SPSS software with a fixed random seed of 20251116. Participants corresponding to random numbers 1–49 were assigned to Group A (the control group), while those corresponding to numbers 50–98 were assigned to Group B (the experimental group). Group allocation was revealed in the order of participants’ enrollment visits.
