研究目的：

本研究旨在开发并验证一种基于条件扩散模型的生成式人工智能系统（DIAMOND），利用平扫CT（NC-CT）生成高保真虚拟增强CT（vCECT）。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and validate a generative artificial intelligence system based on a conditional diffusion model to generate high-fidelity virtual contrast-enhanced CT using Non-Contrast CT.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有胰腺治疗史或上腹部大手术导致解剖结构显著改变者； 2.图像存在严重金属伪影或运动伪影，导致解剖结构不可辨认； 3.真实增强CT强化效果不佳，无法作为训练真值； 4.平扫与增强图像配准失败，无法构建成对训练数据。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a history of pancreatic treatment or major upper abdominal surgery that has significantly changed their anatomical structure; 2. Severe metal artifacts or motion artifacts in the image, resulting in unreadable anatomy; 3. The real enhancement CT reinforcement effect is not good and cannot be used as the training truth value; 4. The registration of the flat scan and enhanced images fails, and paired training data cannot be constructed.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study will use an electronic data collection system (such as ResMan) that complies with regulatory requirements for data entry and management, and the system has complete user permission classification and audit trail functions to ensure the authenticity and security of the data. This study has established a Data and Security Monitoring Committee (DSMB) to regularly review data quality, subject privacy protection, and adverse events to ensure ethical compliance of the study.
