本研究旨在探索短波紫外线照射在外周静脉留置针相关性静脉炎治疗中的应用效果，并优化治疗方案，以期为临床实践提供更为有效和具体化的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of short-wave ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of peripheral venous indwelling needle-related phlebitis, and to optimize the treatment plan, in order to provide more effective and specific treatment strategies for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.血小板计数＜20×10^9／L有出血倾向的患者，属于紫外线照射禁忌症；
2.皮肤紫外线和聚维酮碘软膏过敏的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with platelet count < 20×10^9 / L and bleeding tendency are contraindications to ultraviolet irradiation.
2.Patients with skin ultraviolet and povidone iodine ointment allergy;
