研究目的：

本研究应用快速康复外科原则，对实施肠吻合手术的婴幼儿术后早期给予肠内营养，评估其安全性和有效性，探讨其对患儿加速康复的积极作用，为婴幼儿肠吻合术后早期肠内营养支持提供临床证据。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of early postoperative enteral nutrition of infants with Intestinal anastomosis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）术前已存在严重的腹腔感染或全身感染 （2）术中出现严重并发症，如大出血、脏器严重副损伤等（3）肠吻合手术后仍存在严重的肠道发育畸形（4）合并其他系统严重疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. accompany severe systemic infection before operation;
2. Severe complications such as massive bleeding and serious organ injury occurred during the operation.
3. Severe intestinal malformations still exist after intestinal anastomosis.
4. combined with fatal deformity.
