研究目的：

揭示重度抑郁症(MDD)患者运动视觉功能损伤的行为学特征及其神经电生理机制,识别具有临床应用潜力的"行为-神经"双模态生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the behavioral characteristics and neuroelectrophysiological mechanisms of motor visual function impairment in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD), and to identify "behavioral-neural" bimodal biomarkers with clinical application potential.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

抑郁症组排除： 1.存在其他精神疾病(如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、物质依赖等)； 2.存在严重躯体疾病(如癫痫、脑卒中、颅脑外伤史等)； 3.存在影响视觉功能的眼科疾病(如白内障、青光眼、视网膜病变等)； 4.近1个月内参加过其他临床研究； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 6.无法完成测试任务或不愿意配合研究。 正常对照组排除： 1.存在严重躯体疾病； 2.存在影响视觉功能的眼科疾病； 3.近1个月内参加过其他临床研究； 4.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

Excluded from the depression group are: 1. the presence of other mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance dependence, etc.); 2. the presence of serious physical diseases (such as epilepsy, stroke, history of craniocerebral trauma, etc.); 3. the presence of eye diseases that affect visual function (such as cataracts, glaucoma, retinopathy, etc.); 4. those who have participated in other clinical studies in the past month; 5. women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. unable to complete test tasks or unwilling to cooperate with the research. Exclusions from the normal control group include: 1. those with severe physical diseases; 2. those with ophthalmic diseases that affect visual function; 3. those who have participated in other clinical studies within the past month; 4. women who are pregnant or lactating.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本项目采用电子病例报告表（CRF）详细记录受试者的临床人口学资料、抑郁症状量表评分及排除标准核查；同步利用专业心理物理学测试软件与多导脑电记录系统采集行为学（辨别阈值、反应时）与神经电生理（EEG/ERP）原始数据。所有采集到的原始数据与经结构化处理后的CRF信息将统一录入电子数据采集系统（EDC），通过设置逻辑自动校验、人工定期溯源监查及双人双录入模式，确保双模态数据在特征级融合与机器学习建模过程中的完整性、准确性与安全性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This project uses an electronic case report form (CRF) to record in detail the clinical demographic information, depressive symptom scale scores and exclusion criteria of the subjects; it also uses professional psychophysical testing software and a multi-channel EEG recording system to simultaneously collect behavioral (discrimination threshold, reaction time) and neuroelectrophysiological (EEG/ERP) raw data. All collected raw data and structured CRF information will be uniformly entered into the electronic data collection system (EDC). By setting up automatic logic verification, manual periodic traceability monitoring and dual-person dual-entry mode, the integrity, accuracy and security of the dual-modal data in the feature-level fusion and machine learning modeling process are ensured.
