研究目的：

采用二代测序平台，对生命初期肠道菌群的定植与发育过程进行初步的了解；对疾病发生过程中肠道菌群不同时间点的定植模式进行研究；同时通过宏基因组学方法，对疾病发生相关肠道菌群的基因功能与代谢途径进行阐释。  

Objectives of Study：

The second-generation sequencing platform was used to preliminarily understand the colonization and development of intestinal flora in early life; the colonization patterns of intestinal flora at different time points in the process of disease occurrence were studied; and the gene functions and metabolic pathways of intestinal flora related to disease occurrence were explained by macrogenomics method.
