本研究旨在评估一种新的《妇产科学》教学模式——BOPPPS模型融合“早临床早科研”理念的教学效果，探索更有效的医学人才培养路径。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已修读过《妇产科学》课程者； 2.正在参与其他教学改革研究项目者； 3.无法完成全程课程学习者（如本学期休学、交换生）； 4.拒绝签署知情同意书者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have already taken the course 'Obstetrics and Gynecology; 2. Those currently participating in other educational reform research projects; 3. Those unable to complete the full course (e.g., taking a leave of absence or exchange student this semester); 4. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由不参与教学和结局评价的独立统计人员使用随机数字表进行简单随机化。将120名研究对象按报名顺序编号为1-120，从随机数字表任意起点依次读取3位随机数字，以随机数字末位奇偶性确定分组：奇数入试验组，偶数入对照组，直至两组各分配60人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random sequence will be generated by an independent statistician not involved in teaching or outcome assessment using a random number table. The 120 participants will be numbered 1-120 according to the order of enrollment. Three-digit random numbers will be read sequentially from a random starting point in the table. Allocation will be determined by the parity of the last digit: odd numbers to the experimental group, even numbers to the control group, until each group reaches 60 participants.
