研究目的：

1、比较自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）与神经发育正常（NT）儿童在丙泊酚麻醉麻醉期脑电图（EEG）的变化特征，分析其EEG变化特征与临床用药需求的差异； 2、进一步分析这些差异与ASD儿童的表型特征之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the characteristics of electroencephalogram (EEG) changes during propofol anesthesia between children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and neurotypically developing (NT) children, and to analyze the correlation between these EEG characteristics and the differential clinical medication requirements; 2.To further investigate the correlation between these differences and the phenotypic characteristics of children with ASD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.需要法院或社会福利机构的特别照顾或监督； 2.入选前14 d内接受过静脉麻醉或者全身麻醉或预先存在的异常用药行为； 3.合并严重心血管疾病、重度贫血、肝肾功能障碍； 4.困难气道（改良Mallampati评分III或 IV级）； 5.OSAHS； 6.怀疑对丙泊酚或本试验规定其他药物过敏或禁忌； 7.经研究者判断不适合参加本临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Require special care or supervision from the court or social welfare institutions; 2. Have received intravenous anesthesia or general anesthesia within the previous 14 days or have pre-existing abnormal medication practices; 3. Have severe cardiovascular diseases, severe anemia, or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Have a difficult airway (modified Mallampati score III or IV); 5. Have obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 6. Suspected to be allergic or contraindicated to propofol or other drugs specified in this trial; 7. Are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial.
