研究目的：

1. 基于 SEER 数据库，构建预测粘液表皮样癌患者淋巴结转移及总生存期的列线图模型。 2. 通过外部验证（将两中心的数据作为外部验证集），评估上述模型的区分度、校准度及临床实用性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the SEER database, we built a nomogram model to predict lymph node metastasis and overall survival for patients with mucoepidermoid carcinoma. 2. We evaluated the model's discrimination, calibration, and clinical usefulness through external validation using data from two centers as an external validation set.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 组织学分级，stage，TNM分期信息等缺失患者；
2. 颈部淋巴结信息缺失患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with missing information on histological grade, stage, or TNM staging; 2. Patients with missing cervical lymph node information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据来源于美国SEER数据库（通过SEER*Stat软件导出）及合作医院的电子病历系统。由经过统一培训的研究人员，按照预先制定的数据提取手册，将所需变量录入到Microsoft Excel构建的文件中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data for this study were sourced from the US SEER database (exported via SEERStat software) and the electronic medical record (EMR) systems of the collaborating hospitals. Uniformly trained research personnel entered the required variables into Microsoft Excel files in accordance with a pre-established data extraction manual.
