研究目的：

评估国产麦考酚钠肠溶片（EC-MPS，瑞易容）在活体肾移植术后患者中的有效性和安全性，为临床免疫抑制方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Efficacy verification: to determine the effectiveness of domestic EC-MPS in preventing acute rejection in living donor kidney transplantation, and confirm its non inferiority by comparing with international data. 2) Safety evaluation: systematically monitor drug-related adverse reactions (such as infection, gastrointestinal reactions, hematological abnormalities), and explore the safety differences between MMF and MMF. 3) Long term prognosis analysis: the survival rate of transplanted kidney and renal function indexes (such as the dynamic changes of EGFR) were tracked to evaluate the protective effect of EC-MPS on the long-term function of grafts. 4) Dose optimization: combined with the pharmacokinetic characteristics, explore the EC-MPS dose scheme suitable for the Chinese population, and reduce the risk caused by insufficient or excessive dose.

Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic mycophenolate sodium enteric coated tablets (EC-MPS, ruiyirong) in patients after living donor kidney transplantation, and to provide the basis for clinical immunosuppression program.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对国产麦考酚钠肠溶片（EC-MPS，瑞易容）或其他相关药物有过敏史； 2.既往有严重心血管、肝脏或其他系统性疾病影响预后； 3.术后需要接受其他实验性治疗； 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5.依从性较差，无法完成随访者。 6.经研究者判断不适合参加研究的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergic history to domestic mycophenolate sodium enteric coated tablets (EC-MPS, ruiyirong) or other related drugs; 2.Previous severe cardiovascular, liver or other systemic diseases affected the prognosis; 3.Other experimental treatments were needed after operation; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.The compliance was poor and the follow-up could not be completed. 6.Other reasons that the researcher determines are not suitable for participating in the study.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A detailed case record form (CRF) was developed first, which included basic information, laboratory tests, monitoring data, and adverse reaction records of the post-kidney transplant recipients included in this study. The CRF is designed with some flexibility to record unexpected data. At the same time, an electronic data collection and management system (EDC) is built to improve the efficiency of data entry, query, reporting and export. The EDC system guarantees data security and complies with laws and regulations. In addition, this study also sets data validation rules to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data, and trains personnel using CRF and EDC to improve the quality and compliance of data management.
