研究目的：

拟通过回顾性观察性分析研究，对比使用布比卡因脂质体和利多卡因注射液、罗哌卡因注射液进行超声引导下背根节阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的镇痛效果、安全性，为布比卡因脂质体的临床应用提供高质量循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective observational analysis study, the analgesic effects and safety of using bupivacaine liposomes, lidocaine injection, and ropivacaine injection for ultrasound-guided dorsal root ganglion block in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia will be compared. This study aims to provide high-quality evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of bupivacaine liposomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重心、脑、肝、身等疾病无法耐受微创手术的患者； 2. 存在穿刺部位感染、凝血功能等微创介入治疗禁忌； 3. 局麻药、脂肪乳剂过敏； 4. 妊娠期或哺乳期； 5. 无法正常配合完成问卷及随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe diseases such as heart, brain, liver, and other conditions who cannot tolerate minimally invasive surgeries; 2. Those with contraindications for minimally invasive interventional treatments such as infection at the puncture site and abnormal coagulation function; 3. Allergic to local anesthetics and fat emulsions; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unable to cooperate normally in completing questionnaires and follow-ups.
