研究目的:

严重的脊柱畸形不仅对患者个人的生理和心理健康造成严重影响,而且会给社会医疗系统和家庭经济带来重大负担。针对严重的脊柱畸形,脊柱截骨矫形手术是有效的治疗方式。然而现有研究提示,不精确的脊柱截骨矫形术后,患者的预后及远期健康相关生活质量受到极大影响。目前,脊柱机器人得益于技术发展和工业化生产,在临床上逐渐得到普及,其应用多限于精准的椎弓根螺钉植入,而在精准脊柱截骨方面的应用未见报道。本研究拟探讨应用美敦力Mazor X脊柱外科手术机器人结合术前脊柱截骨矫形设计来实现精准截骨,并与徒手截骨矫形手术队列相对比,从而评估其安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

Severe spinal deformities not only have a significant impact on the physical and mental health of the patients, but also impose a heavy burden on the social medical system and family economy. For severe spinal deformities, spinal osteotomy and corrective surgery is an effective treatment method. However, existing studies suggest that if the spinal osteotomy and corrective surgery is not performed precisely, the prognosis and long-term health-related quality of life of the patients will be greatly affected. Currently, spinal robots, thanks to technological development and industrial production, are gradually becoming popular in clinical practice. Their applications are mostly limited to precise pedicle screw implantation, but there are no reports on their application in precise spinal osteotomy. This study aims to explore the use of Medtronic Mazor X spinal surgery robot combined with preoperative spinal osteotomy and corrective design to achieve precise osteotomy, and to compare it with manual osteotomy and corrective surgery groups, in order to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.髋关节强直,严重活动受限; 2.有脊柱相关病史及手术史,包括 Andersson 病损; 3.伴有脊髓神经症状体征; 4.随访资料不完全。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Hip joint stiffness with severe limitation of movement; 2. History of spinal-related diseases and surgeries, including Andersson lesion; 3. Accompanied by spinal nerve symptoms and signs; 4. Follow-up data is incomplete.
