为结直肠癌的早期诊断寻找生物标志物。便于临床上早期筛查结直肠癌患者，提高癌症患者的愈后和生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify biomarkers for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer, facilitating early screening of colorectal cancer patients in clinical settings and improving the prognosis and survival rate of cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前已进行放化疗治疗； 2.患者拒绝签署知情同意书； 3.合并肿瘤破裂穿孔至全身感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has received preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 2. The patient refuses to sign the informed consent form; 3. The patient has complications of tumor rupture, perforation, and systemic infection.
