研究目的：

主要目的：验证该腹腔镜多功能吸引器在腹腔镜肾部分切除术中控制WIT的有效性与稳定性。 次要目的：评估其操作便捷性、安全性及对术中出血量、术后肾功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To verify the effectiveness and stability of this laparoscopic multifunctional suction device in controlling intraoperative bleeding (WIT) during laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Secondary objective: To evaluate its ease of operation, safety, and impact on intraoperative blood loss and postoperative renal function recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 局部进展性肾癌； 2. 患者健康状况显著恶化； 3. 肿瘤在肾脏位置不利于开展肾部分切除术； 4. 肿瘤巨大、难以通过腹腔镜下分离切除的等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Locally advanced renal cell carcinoma; 2. The patient's health condition has deteriorated significantly; 3. The tumor is located in the kidney, which is not conducive to partial nephrectomy. 4. Tumors that are huge and difficult to separate and remove through laparoscopy, etc.
