研究目的：

通过横断面调查了解直属安康市卫健委的3所三级医院（包括安康市中心医院、安康市中医医院、安康市人民医院）护士群体的压力水平本项目以安康市中心医院为例，开展护士负面情绪干预研究。通过整合多部门资源，构建“预防－干预－康复”三级预防管理，系统性改善护士的压力水平、职业倦怠、焦虑状态等问题，验证多部门协同构建三级预防管理模式的实施效果，建立护士负面情绪干预新模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a cross-sectional survey, the stress levels of the nursing groups in the three tertiary hospitals directly under the jurisdiction of the Health Commission of Ankang City (including Ankang Central Hospital, Ankang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Ankang People's Hospital) were understood. Taking Ankang Central Hospital as an example, a study on the intervention of negative emotions among nurses was carried out. By integrating resources from multiple departments, a three-tier prevention and management system of "prevention - intervention - rehabilitation" was constructed to systematically improve the stress levels, job burnout, and anxiety status of nurses. The implementation effect of the three-tier prevention and management model constructed through multi-department collaboration was verified, and a new model for the intervention of negative emotions among nurses was established.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相障碍急性期等）或认知障碍，无法配合研究的护士；
2.在研究期间因工作调动、进修、产假等原因无法完成研究任务的护士；
3.患有严重躯体疾病，可能影响研究结果的护士；
4.极端、矛盾问卷结果（如SAS中“感到平静”选高分但“感到焦虑”也选高分）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nurses suffering from severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, acute phase of bipolar disorder, etc.) or cognitive disorders, who are unable to cooperate with the study;
2.Nurses who cannot complete the research tasks due to job transfer, further training, maternity leave, or other reasons during the study period;
3.Nurses suffering from severe physical illnesses that may affect the research results;
4.Extreme or contradictory questionnaire results (such as selecting high scores for both "feeling calm" and "feeling anxious" in the SAS);

本研究使用标准化量表（即《中国护士工作压力源量表》、《护士职业倦怠量表（NBS）》、《焦虑自评量表（SAS）》及一般情况问卷）进行数据收集。所有数据将由两名研究人员独立录入加密的电子数据采集系统，通过逻辑核查与双人比对确保质量。数据最终存储于医院安全服务器，全程使用唯一研究编号标识，实现数据与个人身份信息的完全分离，确保数据安全与受试者隐私。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will collect data using standardized scales, namely the Chinese Nurse Work Stressor Scale, the Nurse Burnout Scale (NBS), the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and a general information questionnaire. All data will be independently entered into an encrypted electronic data capture system by two researchers, with quality ensured through logical checks and dual verification. The data will ultimately be stored on the hospital's secure server, with a unique study ID used throughout the process to completely separate data from personal identification information, ensuring data security and participant privacy.
