研究目的：

这项前瞻性研究的目的是系统评估超声引导下冷冻消融治疗原发性甲亢的安全性、有效性和技术可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal of this prospective study is to systematically evaluate the safety, efficacy, and technical feasibility of ultrasound-guided cryoablation for the treatment of primary hyperthyroidism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者因年龄、基础疾病、手术风险高等原因，无法耐受； 2.继发性甲亢； 3.结节性质可疑或已确诊恶性； 4.凝血功能障碍、局部或全身感染、重要脏器功能不全、精神疾病或无法配合治疗等； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 6.治疗区域存在重要血管或神经粘连。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient was unable to tolerate it due to factors such as age, underlying diseases, and surgical risks. 2. Secondary hyperthyroidism. 3. The nature of the nodules is questionable or has been diagnosed as malignant. 4. Coagulation dysfunction, local or systemic infection, dysfunction of important organs, mental illness, or inability to cooperate with treatment, etc. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. There is significant vascular or nerve adhesion in the treatment area.

采用常规抗甲状腺药物治疗（明确药物名称，如甲巯咪唑、丙硫氧嘧啶等），根据患者年龄、体重、甲状腺功能指标水平制定个体化给药剂量，明确初始剂量、调整方案及维持剂量。
