通过设计并实施一项上肢机器人虚拟现实训练治疗急(亚急)性期脑卒中患者运动及认知功能障碍的临床前瞻随机对照试验,为其适用性和有效性提供临床研究证据,为脑卒中的综合康复策略提供创新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

The clinical prospective randomized controlled trial of an upper limb robot virtual reality training is designed and implemented for motor and cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute (sub-acute) stage of stroke, which to provide clinical evidence for its applicability and effectiveness, to provide innovative ideas for comprehensive rehabilitation strategy of stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 存在意识障碍,或谵妄,或精神明显异常;
② 存在明确导致运动、认知功能障碍的其他疾病:如脊髓灰质炎、多发性硬化、脊髓损伤、阿尔茨海默病等;
③ 存在其他严重器质性疾病:如严重心肺功能不全、严重肝肾功能不全、重症感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤、严重创伤等;
④ 存在活动性癫痫;
⑤ 存在吸毒、药物滥用;
⑥ 存在不能配合试验的原因:如肩痛、肩关节半脱位、一般状况差等;
⑦ 需要手术治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Consciousness disorders, delirium, or marked mental abnormalities;
(2) Existence of other diseases that clearly lead to motor and cognitive dysfunction: poliomyelitis, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease; and
(3) Existence of other serious organic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction. Total and severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors, severe trauma, etc.;
(4) Active epilepsy;
(5) Drug abuse and drug abuse;
(6) Causes of failure to cooperate with the test: such as shoulder pain, subluxation of shoulder joint, poor general condition, etc. Surgical treatment is needed.

使用RAS 1.0生成样本量为100、分组数量为2的随机数字分配表,交与独立第三方(不参与试验的个人)保存,试验结束前保密、隐蔽随机分配方案。用仅标注顺序编码的信封保存相同顺序编码的随机数字及分组名称;每当研究对象入选后,请求隐蔽随机方案的第三方打开对应信封,揭示分配入组情况,研究对象即被随机分到机器人试验组或传统对照组。
