研究目的：

通过比较不同种类人工晶体计算公式对眼轴>26mm的白内障患者人工晶体度数的准确性及对误差进行分析，达到精准屈光性白内障的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the accuracy of different types of intraocular lens (IOL) calculation formulas for cataract patients with an axial length >26mm, and analyzing the errors, we aim to achieve precise refractive cataract surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重的全身性疾病，不能进行白内障手术；
2.重度干眼症；
3.存在活动性眼部病变或感染；
4.未经控制的青光眼、严重角膜疾病、眼外伤等；
5.焦虑、抑郁状态或其他严重精神、心理疾病、甲状腺功能障碍等其他内分泌疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe systemic diseases that preclude cataract surgery;
2.Severe dry eye syndrome;
3.Active ocular lesions or infections;
4.Uncontrolled glaucoma, severe corneal diseases, ocular trauma, etc.
5.Anxiety, depression, or other severe mental and psychological disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and other endocrine diseases;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据完整、及时、正确地载入病例报告表，采用相应的数据库系统输入，之后对数据库进行对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘及介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers will write accurate data into the case report in time, and input it into the corresponding database system, and then compared the database. Electronic data files are classified and saved, and multiple backups are saved on different disks and media, properly saved to prevent damage.
