研究目的：

探讨乳腺癌化疗患者心理弹性水平的潜在剖面及相关影响因素，分析心理弹性水平在不同群体中的异质性。探索并构建一个科学、有效的阶梯式护理干预方案，探讨基于阶梯式护理模式的干预对乳腺癌化疗患者心理弹性的干预效果，提高患者心理弹性水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the potential profiles and associated factors influencing psychological resilience levels among breast cancer chemotherapy patients, and to analyze the heterogeneity of psychological resilience across different groups. To develop and implement a scientifically grounded, effective step-up nursing intervention program, and to evaluate the efficacy of this step-up nursing model in enhancing psychological resilience among breast cancer chemotherapy patients, thereby improving their psychological resilience levels.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.同时患有其他癌症、严重器官衰竭和血液系统疾病的患者； 2.参与其他课题研究者； 3.有精神疾病及心理障碍， 4.语言表达障碍或病情不稳定者； 5.中途失访或退出的乳腺癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who also suffer from other cancers, severe organ failure, and hematologic diseases; 2. Researchers participating in other studies; 3. Those with mental illness and psychological disorders; 4. Those with speech expression disorders or unstable conditions; 5. Breast cancer patients who are lost to follow-up or withdraw midway.
