研究目的：

随着老年人群的增多，缺血性脑白质病变（WMIL）患者越来越多，常表现为平衡功能及步态异常。Pro-kin平衡系统联合三维步态分析系统应用于评定WMIL患者平衡功能、步态并进行训练的研究较少。应用弥散张量成像(DTI)来研究WMIL患者的脑微观结构改变还未深入进行，平衡功能、步态和脑DTI的相关性尚未确定。通过Pro-kin平衡系统联合三维步态分析系统评估及训练模式，改善WMIL患者的平衡功能、步态，同时定量分析康复治疗前后脑DTI变化，进而分析平衡功能、步态和脑DTI的相关性，为WMIL患者平衡功能及步态异常的康复治疗探索新途径，为判断病情及预后评价提供重要依据，进而为临床提供更多且更有价值的关于WMIL神经康复机制方面的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

With the increase of the number of elderly, more and more patients with white matter ischemic lesions（WMIL）, it often shows abnormal balance function and gait. There is no clinical research on that Pro-kin balance system combined with three-dimensional gait analysis system to evaluate and train the balance function and gait of WMIL currently. The study of brain microstructure changes in WMIL patients by diffusion tensor imaging( DTI) has not been carried out, the correlation between the balance function, gait and brain DTI has not been determined. Pro-kin balance system combined with three-dimensional gait analysis system evaluation and training model were used to improve the balance function and gait of WMIL patients, at the same time, the changes of brain DTI were quantitatively analyzed before and after rehabilitation treatment, and then the correlation between balance function, gait and brain DTI was analyzed, therefore, it explore a new approach for the rehabilitation of WMIL patients with abnormal balance function and gait, provide an important basis for the evaluation of illness and prognosis, and provide more and more valuable evidence-based medical evidence on the neural rehabilitation mechanism of WMIL.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往其他原因引起的平衡功能障碍；②全身状况差，有严重心、肺等疾患而不适合早期康复治疗；③伴有下肢功能障碍；④视力障碍；⑤伴有中重度认知障碍：简易精神状态检查(mini-mental state examination，MMSE)评分<22 分。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Balance dysfunction caused by other factors in the past;
(2) Poor general condition, serious heart and lung diseases, not suitable for early rehabilitation;
(3) Associated with lower limb dysfunction;
(4) Visual impairment;
(5) Associated with moderate and severe cognitive impairment: Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score < 22.
