研究目的：

明确不同类型结肠息肉（TAP、SSP、HGIN）的胞内菌组成差异，揭示结肠息肉上皮细胞内微生物的空间分布特点，阐明关键胞内菌丰度与息肉直径、病理分级、APC 突变率、IL-17 及 Ki67 表达的相关性，为结肠息肉癌变转化提供新的研究思路及方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the differences in intracellular bacterial composition among different types of colonic polyps (TAP, SSP, HGIN), reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of microorganisms within colonic polyp epithelial cells, elucidate the correlations between key intracellular bacterial abundances and polyp diameter, pathological grade, APC mutation rate, IL-17 and Ki67 expression, and provide new research ideas and directions for the carcinogenesis transformation of colonic polyps.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.①未行全结肠镜检查，即内镜未到达回盲部；
2.②家族性腺瘤性息肉病；
3.③临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.No complete colonoscopy was performed, meaning the endoscope did not reach the ileocecal region; 2.Familial adenomatous polyposis; 3.The clinical data is incomplete.
