研究目的：

调查接受根治性或辅助放疗的实体瘤患者，在放疗定位前癌因性疲乏的发生率及严重程度分布。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence and severity distribution of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with solid tumors undergoing radical or adjuvant radiotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有颅脑放疗史或目前存在明确的脑转移瘤（以避免中枢神经系统直接受累对疲乏评估的混杂影响）； 2.患有严重非癌性合并症，预期其本身可导致严重疲乏或显著干扰评估（如纽约心脏协会心功能分级IV级、严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病等）； 3.正在参加其他以疲乏为主要终点的干预性临床试验； 4.研究者判断不适合参与本研究的任何其他情况； 5.存在认知障碍、语言沟通障碍或精神疾病，无法理解和完成问卷评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior history of cranial radiotherapy or presence of confirmed brain metastases (to avoid confounding effects of direct central nervous system involvement on fatigue assessment); 2.Severe non-malignant comorbidities expected to cause severe fatigue per se or significantly interfere with assessment (e.g., New York Heart Association Class IV heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.); 3.Currently enrolled in other interventional clinical trials with fatigue as the primary endpoint; 4.Any other conditions deemed by the investigators as unsuitable for participation in this study; 5.Cognitive impairment, language communication barriers, or psychiatric disorders that preclude understanding and completion of questionnaire assessment.
