研究目的：

准确评估个体风险对指导和促进老年髋部骨折患者的良好预后具有重要价值。本研究的目的是基于北京积水潭医院的老年髋部骨折患者的手术数据,分析转入重症监护室的危险因素,验证并优化目前国际上存在的老年髋部骨折患者转入重症监护室的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Accurately assessing individual risk is of significant value in guiding and promoting good outcomes for elderly patients with hip fractures. The aim of this study is to analyze the risk factors for admission to the intensive care unit based on the surgical data of elderly hip fracture patients at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, and to validate and optimize the existing international risk prediction models for ICU admission in elderly hip fracture patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入院后未接受手术的患者。 2. 年纪＜65岁 3. 非第一次入院 4. 种植体周围骨折患者 5. 在麻醉期间进行其他手术的患者。 6. 排除术前入住ICU的髋部骨折患者和术前实验室资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who did not undergo surgery after admission. 2. Age < 65 years. 3. Non-first-time admission. 4. Patients with periprosthetic fractures. 5. Patients who underwent other procedures during anesthesia. 6. Hip fracture patients admitted to the ICU preoperatively or with incomplete preoperative laboratory data were excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究数据来源于医院电子病历系统。研究人员使用定制化的电子病例报告表（eCRF）进行数据提取，并录入至加密的Microsoft Excel数据库中集中管理。采用双人独立录入、逻辑核查和随机抽查的方式进行质量控制。最终分析数据集在清理完成后锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data for this study was sourced from the hospital's electronic medical record system. Researchers utilized a customized electronic case report form (eCRF) for data extraction and entered it into an encrypted Microsoft Excel database for centralized management. Quality control was conducted through independent data entry by two individuals, logical verification, and random inspection. The final analysis dataset was locked after data cleaning was completed.
