研究目的：

本研究旨在通过严谨的随机对照试验，系统评价Fibro-Gide在增加种植体周黏膜厚度方面的疗效与安全性，以期为临床实践提供高级别的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fibro-Gide in increasing peri-implant mucosal thickness through a rigorous randomized controlled trial, in order to provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.包括未受控的系统性疾病； 2.吸烟或酗酒 3.种植位点存在炎症； 4.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5.对胶原材料过敏； 6.因宗教信仰不能接受猪源制品治疗； 7.近 3 个月内接受过软组织增量治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases;
2.Smoking or alcohol abuse;
3.Presence of inflammation at the implant site;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Allergy to collagen-based materials;
6.Inability to receive porcine-derived products due to religious beliefs;
7.Having undergone soft tissue augmentation therapy within the past 3 months.

Using specialized software, mucosal thickness was measured at 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm from specific points on the gingival margin, and the increase was calculated.
