研究目的：

本研究旨在评估在腋窝淋巴结清扫术（ALND）过程中同期实施带蒂侧胸壁淋巴脂肪筋膜瓣腋窝成形术，通过在腋窝淋巴结清扫手术过程中，进行带蒂侧胸壁淋巴脂肪瓣腋窝成形术，评估该手术方式能否减少上肢淋巴水肿的发生率和严重程度，并评估其该手术方式是否影响肿瘤学安全性以及是否增加手术相关并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the concurrent implementation of pedicled lateral chest wall lymphofatty fascia flap axillary angioplasty during axillary lymph node dissection (ALND). By performing pedicled lateral chest wall lymphofatty fascia flap axillary angioplasty during axillary lymph node dissection, it is assessed whether this surgical approach can reduce the incidence and severity of upper limb lymphedema. And evaluate whether this surgical method affects oncological safety and whether it increases surgery-related complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往同侧腋窝手术； 2. 既往同侧腋窝放疗； 3. 存在远处转移的乳腺癌； 4. 双侧乳腺癌；或既往对侧乳腺癌手术病史； 5. 严重肝肾功能障碍及心功能不全； 6. 不具备中文基本读写及理解能力，不能完成量表评估的患者； 7. 孕妇； 8. 存在可能影响依从性的原因及其他严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous surgery to the ipsilateral axilla; 2. Previous radiotherapy to the ipsilateral axilla; 3. Breast cancer with distant metastasis; 4. Bilateral breast cancer, or a history of contralateral breast cancer surgery; 5. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, or severe cardiac insufficiency; 6. Inability to read or understand basic Chinese and inability to complete questionnaire assessments; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Any other conditions or serious diseases that may affect compliance, as judged by the investigator.
