Objectives of Study:

Integrate real-time case data, medication dynamics, and multi-source heterogeneous data such as meteorological and crowd flow from healthcare institutions' HIS/LIS systems through a big data multi-source triggering mechanism, construct a hierarchical early warning threshold model, and achieve millisecond-level risk perception and automatic response for influenza outbreaks.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

实时接入医院HIS/LIS系统发热病例(体温≥38℃伴咳嗽)、急诊ILI%数据、病原检测结果(如H3N2毒株占比)。社区与公共数据:学校晨检缺勤率(>10%触发预警)、社区药店退热药销量、气象站温湿度/风速数据、地铁人流热力图。实验室数据:哨点医院送检样本的流感病毒分离率及基因序列数据。互联网数据:爬取社交媒体流感相关关键词频次(如“发热”“咳嗽”),结合京东健康购药行为数据。对通过患者主索引(MPI)整合同一患者跨院就诊记录,并采用HL7标准与WebService接口实现EMR系统与流感报告系统核心字段(姓名、身份证号、住址)的实时对接。数据中心基于HL7、webservice或视图等临床事件模型,数据主要采集自医疗信息系统,如HIS、电子病历、LIS等系统。本研究数据管理由本课题组负责,以确保临床研究数据的真实性、完整性、私密性和可溯源性。由项目负责人或其他被授权的研究者将信息填写入病例报告表中,只有具备医疗资格的研究者才能填写原始临床评估/安全性数据。原始数据被录入后,项目负责人或其他被授权的研究人员在病例报告表上所作的任何修改都将记录。任何已经认可的数据的修改,均会作出修改的研究者或其他被授权的研究人员签署姓名、修改日期及修改的理由(如果改变不大的话)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Real-time access to hospital HIS/LIS systems for fever cases (temperature ≥38°C with cough), emergency ILI% data, and pathogen test results (e.g., H3N2 virus strain proportion). Community and public data: school morning health check absenteeism rate (triggering alert if >10%), sales of antipyretic drugs at community pharmacies, weather station temperature/humidity/wind speed data, subway passenger flow heatmaps. Laboratory data: influenza virus isolation rate and genetic sequence data of sentinel hospital samples. Internet data: scraping social media flu-related keyword frequencies (e.g., "fever," "cough"), combined with JD Health medication behavior data. Patient records across hospitals are integrated through the Patient Master Index (MPI), and HL7 standards with WebService interfaces are used to achieve real-time connectivity between EMR systems and influenza reporting systems for core fields (name, ID number, address). The data center, based on clinical event models such as HL7, WebService, or views, primarily collects data from medical information systems like HIS, electronic medical records, LIS, etc. Data management for this study is handled by our research group to ensure the authenticity, completeness, privacy, and traceability of clinical research data. Information is filled into case report forms by the project leader or other authorized researchers, and only medically qualified researchers can enter original clinical assessments/safety data. Any modifications made to case report forms after original data entry by the project leader or other authorized researchers will be recorded. Any approved data modifications will be signed by the researcher or other authorized personnel, along with the modification date and reason (if changes are minor).
