研究目的：

1.明确SGLT2i类药物治疗是否增加泌尿生殖系统感染的发生风险； 2.通过亚组分析明确不同人群的易感性特点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine whether the treatment with SGLT2i drugs increases the risk of urinary and reproductive system infections; 2. Through subgroup analysis, clarify the susceptibility characteristics of different populations.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对SGLT2抑制剂过敏者； 2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 3.估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）<30 mL/min/1.73m^2； 4.严重肝功能不全（Child-Pugh C级）； 5.活动性恶性肿瘤； 6.免疫缺陷状态（如HIV感染、器官移植后、长期大剂量糖皮质激素使用）； 7.入组前4周内有急性感染； 8.同时参与其他干预性临床试验； 9.长期或短期留置尿管着； 10.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those allergic to SGLT2 inhibitors; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2; 4. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade); 5. Active malignant tumors; 6. Immunodeficiency conditions (such as HIV infection, after organ transplantation, long-term use of high-dose glucocorticoids); 7. Acute infection within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 8. Participating in other interventional clinical trials simultaneously; 9. Long-term or short-term urinary catheterization; 10. Judged by the investigator as not suitable to participate in this study.
