研究目的：

本研究拟通过对比抑郁症患者和健康人群的鼻腔菌群构成筛选可能与抑郁症发病相关的致病菌，并通过代谢组学寻找可能的代谢通路，为解释抑郁症的发病机制提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify potential pathogenic bacteria associated with the onset of depression by comparing the composition of the nasal microbiota between patients with depression and healthy individuals. Additionally, metabolomic approaches will be employed to explore possible metabolic pathways involved, thereby providing new insights into the pathogenesis of depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 14 周岁或大于 60 周岁；
2.既往有上呼吸道病史；
3.过去 3 月内应用过抗抑郁药物；
4.过去 1 月内应用过抗生素；
5.有系统性疾病史；
6.无法或拒绝完成问卷及相关检查；
7.失访或拒绝配合；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
2.previous history of upper respiratory tract diseases;
3.Antidepressant medications were administered within the past 3 months;
4.Antibiotics were administered within the past 1 month;
5.history of systemic diseases;
6.Unable or refusing to complete the questionnaire and related examinations;
7.Lost to follow-up or refusal to cooperate;
