研究目的:

本研究有三个主要目标。 1. 探究身体活动强度的增加如何导致注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿与非患儿体内氧合血红蛋白(HbO)浓度的变化、脑激活模式的改变,以及功能连接的增强。 2. 探讨参与者进行认知训练(CT)、身体活动(PA)及认知训练与身体活动结合(CT-PA)时,前额叶活动(通过功能性近红外光谱法fNIRS测量)如何调节增强的运动相关连接。 3. 针对ADHD儿童开发一套包含独特认知参与组件的综合性认知-身体活动(CE-PA)方案,并探讨身体活动与认知活动之间的相互作用如何调节ADHD儿童的抑制控制能力。将通过整合前额叶皮层的功能连接数据,构建CE-PA的运动-认知模型。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To investigate how the increase in the intensity of physical activity would result in concentration changes of oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO), variation of brain activation and strengthen the functional connectivity among children with or without ADHD.  2.To explore how the enhanced motor-related connectivity can be modulated by the prefrontal activities (measured with fNIRS) induced by the children participants engaging in CT, PA and CT-PA.  3.To develop one consolidated full CE-PA protocol which has a unique cognitive engagement component for children with ADHD, and explore how interactions between physical and cognitive activities modulate the inhibitory control of children with ADHD. The motor-cognitive model for the CE-PA will be formulated by integrating the functional connectivity in prefrontal cortices.

排除标准:

排除标准多动症儿童和正常发育儿童: (1) 伴有自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)。 (2) 其他重大神经发育或精神疾病(如智力障碍)。 (3) 任何禁忌体育活动的急慢性病症。

Exclusion criteria:

The exclusion criteria are: (1) diagnosed as both ASD and ADHD; (2) combined with other major neurodevelopmental or psychiatric disorders (e.g., intellectual disability, etc.); (3) acute/chronic diseases that may affect engagement in PA.

研究第一阶段:由不参与干预实施和数据收集的统计师使用SPSS产生随机序列。采用区组随机化方法,区组长度设为6,按1:1:1:1:1:1的比例将受试者随机分配至6种可能的干预顺序组(即:低强度 → 中强度 → 高强度;低强度 → 高强度 → 中强度;中强度 → 低强度 → 高强度;中强度 → 高强度 → 低强度;高强度 → 低强度 → 中强度;高强度 → 中强度 → 低强度)。 研究第二阶段:由不参与干预实施和数据收集的统计师使用SPSS产生随机序列。具体方法为区组随机化:设定区组长度为4和8随机混合,按1:1:1:1的比例将100名受试者随机分配至4个干预组。 研究第三阶段:由不参与干预实施和数据收集的统计师使用SPSS产生随机序列。具体方法为区组随机化:设定区组长度为2和4随机混合,按1:1的比例将50名受试者随机分配至2个干预组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

sub-project I : A statistician not involved in intervention implementation or data collection generated random sequences using SPSS. Using block randomization with block size 6, participants were randomly assigned to one of six possible intervention sequence groups in a 1:1:1:1:1:1 ratio (i.e., low intensity → medium intensity → high intensity; low intensity → high intensity → medium intensity; medium intensity → low intensity → high intensity; Moderate intensity → High intensity → Low intensity; High intensity → Low intensity → Moderate intensity; High intensity → Moderate intensity → Low intensity). sub-project II: A statistician not involved in intervention delivery or data collection generated the random sequence using SPSS. The method employed was block randomization: setting block lengths of 4 and 8 in a random mix, with 100 participants randomly assigned to 4 intervention groups in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. sub-project III: A statistician not involved in intervention implementation or data collection generated the random sequence using SPSS. The specific method employed block randomization: block lengths of 2 and 4 were randomly mixed, and 50 participants were randomly assigned to 2 intervention groups in a 1:1 ratio.
