纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往有严重精神病史者；
②已诊断为抑郁症者；
③高危妊娠孕妇；
④孕期和产后不能坚持使用手机者；
⑤孕期发现有重大疾病者；
⑥经研究者解释后拒绝合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. a person with a history of serious mental illness;
2. Have been diagnosed with depression;
3. high-risk pregnant women;
4. can not insist on using mobile phones during pregnancy and postpartum;
5. people found to have major diseases during pregnancy;
6. rejected by the researcher after the explanation

本实验为非随机不同期对照研究。选取在合肥市某三甲医院产科门诊进行产检的，有产后抑郁发生风险或产后抑郁情绪的孕妇作为研究对象，按照时间先后顺序分组的方式分为干预组与对照组（2018年1月-2018年3月纳入对照组，2018年5月-2018年7月纳入干预组）

This experiment is a non-randomized phase control study. Pregnant women who had a postpartum depression risk or postpartum depression in the obstetrics clinic of the hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into intervention group and control group according to the chronological order
