研究目的：

1.从临床角度探讨昼夜节律紊乱与痛风进展的相关性，并评估IL-1抑制剂对痛风患者的治疗效果。 2.分析BMAL1/CLOCK与NLRP3/IL-1β在痛风中的表达变化，揭示二者在痛风炎症反应中的关联性。 3.明确BMAL1/CLOCK在痛风炎症调控中的潜在治疗机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the correlation between circadian rhythm disorders and the progression of gout from a clinical perspective, and evaluate the therapeutic effects of IL-1 inhibitors in patients with gout. 2. Analyze the expression changes of BMAL1/CLOCK and NLRP3/IL-1β in gout to reveal their association in gout inflammatory responses. 3. Clarify the potential therapeutic mechanisms of BMAL1/CLOCK in the regulation of gout inflammation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.感染活动期； 2.严重肝肾功能不全； 3.对研究药物成分过敏； 4.长期使用镇静安眠药或影响睡眠节律的药物； 5.伴有其他未控制的炎性关节炎或睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active infectious phase; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Allergy to components of the study drug; 4. Long-term use of sedatives or medications affecting sleep rhythms; 5. Presence of other uncontrolled inflammatory arthritis or sleep apnea syndrome.
