研究目的：

探究线粒体通过肥大细胞衍生介质（组胺、类胰蛋白酶、PDGF）对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞（KFb）的影响，并进一步深入了解和完善KFb线粒体在瘢痕疙瘩形成过程中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the influence of mitochondria on keloid fibroblasts (KFb) via mast cell-derived mediators (histamine, tryptase, PDGF), and to further elucidate and refine the mechanistic role of KFb mitochondria in keloid pathogenesis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1–5 年内曾接受放疗、激素局封、激光、冷冻等任何抗瘢痕治疗； 2.局部合并症（病灶破溃、感染、化脓或怀疑恶变）；感染与免疫相关（HIV、HBV、HCV 活动性感染；PPD 阳性；近 3 个月严重感染；活疫苗接种未满 8 周；长期使用糖皮质激素或其他免疫抑制剂）； 3.体重或代谢极端值（ BMI＜18 kg/m^2 或＞40 kg/m^2；近 6 个月体重下降>=15 磅；未控制的高甘油三酯血症）； 4.重要脏器功能不全（ALT/AST＞1.5 倍正常上限、总胆红素＞1.5 倍上限（Gilbert 除外）；INR 升高；血红蛋白＜10 g/dL、血小板＜75–150 ×10^9/L、中性粒细胞＜1.5 ×10^9/L）； 5.依从性或认知障碍（酗酒、药物滥用、严重精神疾病、痴呆、认知功能受损；无法签署知情同意或完成问卷/随访）； 6.妊娠、哺乳及生育计划（妊娠或哺乳期女性；试验期间不愿采取高效避孕的育龄男女)； 7.研究者判断任何不适合参加试验的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within 1-5 years, has received any anti-scar treatment such as radiotherapy, local hormone injection, laser therapy, cryotherapy, etc.; 2. Local complications (lesion rupture, infection, suppuration or suspected malignancy); infection related to immunity (active HIV, HBV, HCV infection; positive PPD; severe infection in the past 3 months; insufficient 8 weeks of live vaccine administration; long-term use of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants); 3. Extreme values of body weight or metabolism (BMI < 18 kg/m^2 or > 40 kg/m^2; weight loss >= 15 pounds in the past 6 months; uncontrolled hypertriglyceridemia); 4. Impaired function of important organs (ALT/AST > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin > 1.5 times the upper limit (except Gilbert's syndrome); elevated INR; hemoglobin < 10 g/dL, platelet < 75–150 ×10^9/L, neutrophils < 1.5 ×10^9/L); 5. Non-compliance or cognitive impairment (alcoholism, drug abuse, severe mental illness, dementia, impaired cognitive function; inability to sign informed consent or complete questionnaires/follow-up); 6. Pregnancy, lactation and reproductive planning (pregnant or lactating women; men and women of childbearing age who do not want to use highly effective contraception during the trial); 7. Any situation judged by the researcher as not suitable for participating in the trial.
