研究目的:

抑郁症具有患病率高、致残率高、自杀率高、疾病负担重、服药依从性差、治愈率低等特点,药物治疗占主导地位,但由于服药依从性差、治愈率低等局限性,方便、有效、经济的非药物治疗越来越受重视。传统的音乐治疗一直在被应用,但治疗效果褒贬不一,是与“一刀切”的治疗方法分不开的。本研究根据脑电反馈选择适合患者的音乐并与自身脑波相结合,制作出基于个体的个性化音乐进行治疗,验证其有效性。此研究为初步探索项目,非注册研究。  

Objectives of Study:

Depression has the characteristics of high prevalence, high disability rate, high suicide rate, heavy disease burden, poor medication compliance, and low cure rate. Drug treatment is dominant. However, due to the limitations of poor medication compliance and low cure rate, convenient, effective, and economical non-drug treatments are receiving increasing attention. Traditional music therapy has been in use, but the treatment effects vary, which is inseparable from the "one-size-fits-all" treatment method. This study selects music suitable for patients based on electroencephalogram feedback and combines it with the patient's own brain waves to create individualized music for treatment, and verifies its effectiveness. This research is a preliminary exploration project and is an unregistered study.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 严重躯体或脑器质性疾病、妊娠及哺乳期妇女、精神发育迟滞、物质滥用者; 2. 本次抑郁发作期间曾接受MECT、rTMS或其他非药物治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe physical or brain organic diseases, pregnant and lactating women, those with mental retardation, and substance abusers; 2. Those who have received MECT, rTMS or other non-pharmacological treatments during the current depressive episode.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据由项目负责人统一管理。CRF本经数据录入后,放置在办公室直到课题结题后5年。脑电数据分别放置在两个移动硬盘中。 量表数据分析:采用描述统计算出治疗前后的平均数、标准差、最大值、最小值等基本信息。采用重复测量方差分析的方法对治疗前后的试验组和对照组在量表得分上进行差异性检验。 脑电数据分析:以Matlab为平台使用EEGLAB进行数据分析,数据预处理之后,提取出各个波段脑波能量的变化,并计算α波的不对称性(FAA值)。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data is uniformly managed by the project leader. After data entry, the CRF is placed in the office until five years after the completion of the project. The EEG data is separately stored on two portable hard drives. Analysis of scale data: Descriptive statistics are used to calculate basic information such as the average, standard deviation, maximum value, and minimum value before and after treatment. The repeated measures variance analysis method is used to test the differences in scale scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment. EEG data analysis: Data analysis is conducted using EEGLAB on a Matlab platform. After data preprocessing, the changes in the energy of brain waves in each band are extracted, and the asymmetry of the alpha wave (FAA value) is calculated.
