Objectives of Study：

To explore whether recess sports games can improve primary school students ' physical health, mental health and cognitive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在学习障碍,经学校或医疗机构确认者; 2. 有严重疾病不宜运动者,包括但不限于先天性心脏病、哮喘、骨骼肌肉疾病等; 3. 有精神心理疾病诊断史,如抑郁症、焦虑症、注意缺陷多动障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 . Persons with learning disabilities confirmed by schools or medical institutions ; 2 . Those who have serious diseases and are not suitable for exercise, including but not limited to congenital heart disease, asthma, musculoskeletal diseases, etc. ; 3 . Have a history of diagnosis of mental and psychological diseases, such as depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, etc.
