通过对不同咨询时间的耳鸣患者门诊就诊模式，探讨不同医患沟通时间，不同咨询模式下患者的依从性，满意度和有效性。为实现“医养结合”的慢性疾病管理，为耳鸣康复及管理模式的临床途径建立进行积极的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the compliance, satisfaction and effectiveness of patients with tinnitus in different consultation time and different consultation modes. In order to realize the management of chronic diseases with combination of medical treatment and nourishment, and to establish the clinical approach for the rehabilitation and management of tinnitus.
