早产儿感染通常指胎龄不足37周的新生儿因免疫系统发育不成熟、皮肤屏障功能弱或医疗干预等因素,暴露于病原体后发生的感染,病原体包括细菌、病毒、真菌等,严重时可危及生命。对于早产儿,其胰岛β细胞功能不完善,胰岛素分泌能力有限,同时肝脏糖异生调控机制欠成熟,这使得早产儿面对感染应激时更易出现显著的血糖波动。

Infections in preterm infants generally refer to newborns born before 37 weeks of gestation who become infected after exposure to pathogens due to an underdeveloped immune system, weak skin barrier function, or medical interventions. 本项目旨在应用CGM平台及其强大数据整合和分析技术,系统性揭示早产儿的血糖波动规律,特别是感染发生前的波动规律,重点阐明感染性应激对早产儿血糖稳态的特异性影响,通过分析连续血糖监测仪监测数据及衍生数据的变化特点,筛选基于动态血糖变化的感染早期预警指标,提高对于早产儿感染的早期精准识别,为临床干预提供关键时间窗口,以期显著降低早产儿感染发生风险及相关并发症,改善其预后。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to utilize the continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) platform and its powerful data integration and analysis technologies to systematically reveal the patterns of blood glucose fluctuations in preterm infants, particularly the fluctuation patterns before the onset of infection. It focuses on clarifying the specific impact of infectious stress on glucose homeostasis in preterm infants. By analyzing the changes in data monitored by continuous glucose monitors and derived data, the project seeks to identify early warning indicators of infection based on dynamic glucose variations, enhance early and precise detection of infection in preterm infants, and provide a critical time window for clinical intervention, with the goal of significantly reducing the risk of infection and related complications in preterm infants and improving their prognosis.

1.合并严重先天性畸形;
2.产前诊断为遗传性代谢性疾病的;
3.存在CGM传感器放置部位皮肤严重过敏;
