研究目的：

评价DBS治疗对AD患者的有效性及安全性。从认知功能和脑组织代谢的改变两个方面对患者的治疗反应进行评估。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of DBS in patients with AD. The therapeutic response was assessed in terms of cognitive function and metabolic changes in brain tissue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）其他原因引起的痴呆。
2）曾患神经系统疾病。
3）精神病患者。
4）筛选时MRI检查显示显著局灶性病变。
5）不能耐受 MRI 检查或存在 MRI 禁忌。
6）存在异常的实验室指标。?7）无法控制的高血压。
8）有不稳定或严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病。
9）酒精滥用或药物滥用者。
10）本研究筛查访视前 30 天内参加过其他临床试验。
11）研究人员认为该受试者不可能完成本研究。
12）有外科手术禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other causes of dementia;
2. Have suffered from nervous system diseases;
3. psychotic;
4. MRI examination during screening showed significant focal lesions;
5. Cannot tolerate MRI or has MRI contraindications;
6. Abnormal laboratory indicators;
7. Uncontrolled high blood pressure;
8. Have unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases;
9. Alcohol or drug abuse;
10. Other clinical trials were conducted within 30 days before the screening visit;
11. The researchers considered it impossible for the subject to complete the study;
12. Surgical contraindications.
