研究目的：

1.描述养老机构听力损失老年人的平衡能力与自主性感知现状，揭示该群体的基线水平与分布特征。 2.探索不同听力损失程度（轻度、中度、重度）老年人平衡能力与自主性感知之间的横断面网络结构，识别各亚组网络中的核心节点及整体网络特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the current status of balance ability and autonomy perception in elderly individuals with hearing loss in nursing homes, revealing the baseline levels and distribution characteristics of this population. 2. Explore the cross-sectional network structure between various items of balance ability and autonomy perception in elderly individuals with different degrees of hearing loss (mild, moderate, severe), and identify the core nodes and overall network characteristics in each subgroup.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的神经系统疾病（如脑卒中、帕金森病等）、骨骼肌肉系统疾病（如严重关节炎、骨折未愈合等）影响平衡功能者； （2）患有严重心、肝、肾等器质性疾病或急性疾病； （3）存在认知功能障碍（MMSE测试：文盲≤19分，小学≤22分，初中及以上＜26分为认知功能障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease) or musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., severe arthritis, nonunion of fractures) affecting balance function; (2) Patients with severe organic diseases or acute conditions of the heart, liver, or kidneys; (3) Patients with cognitive dysfunction (MMSE test: illiteracy <=19 points, primary school <=22 points, junior high school or above <26 points).
